What Operating System does Garena support?

Garena supports Windows operating system only at the moment.

I am new to Garena, how can I start using Garena?

• Download Garena software from www.garena.com and install. Register a free Garena user account on Garena website www.garena.com
• Log into Garena client and click "User Guide" which appears in the center of the page. Follow the instructions from the video to find your way around Garena.

How Can I find the list of games supported by Garena?

Log into Garena client and click "Games" on the left menu, the list of games supported by Garena will be displayed.

I cannot log into Garena client. What shall I do?

• Check out on Garena forum to find out whether there is system maintenance going on at the moment;
• Check and make sure that your internet connection is up running;
• Try switching to a different Garena server;
• If you still cannot log into Garena after attempting the three steps above, you may uninstall Garena client, download the latest version from official Garena website (www.garena.com) and reinstall Garena client;
