You can reset your Garena password here.
Should you encounter the following error message "Your password cannot be reset at this time", please make sure to verify the email associated to your Garena account and try again. This can be done on your account page at https://account.garena.com/. Alternatively, you can bind your mobile phone to your Garena account and then proceed to reset your password.

Sometimes it may take a while for Garena Shells to appear in your account. Please wait for 5 minutes, then log out from all Garena services and log in again.

- A: Garena Physical Prepaid Card
- Please log into your Garena account here and send us your enquiry. It will help us a lot if you can attach a photo of the physical prepaid card that you have. We will revert back to you within 24 hours;
- B: Garena Electronic Pin
- Please log into your Garena account here and send us your enquiry. It will help us a lot if you can attach a photo of the electronic pin you have (it could a text message, it could be printed on a piece of paper and etc). We will revert back to you within 24 hours;
- C: Other Methods
- Please log into your Garena account here and send us your enquiry. It will help us a lot if you can attach a screenshot of the receipt you received (it could be an email Paypal sent to you, it could be a screenshot of your Moneybookers account and etc). We will revert back to you within 24 hours.
